We have in house Multi Operational, Printing and cap manufacturring plant of 13,00,000 caps per day capacity to manufacture PP Caps of all sizes. We have specially designed dustless sections for each operations like Printing, Knurling, Wading, Counting and packing. Our process machinery list includes latest machinery from Shearing to packing.
- Specially set up laboratory to support Quality Control Department with latest equipments. like Electronic Vernier, Caliper, digital electronic Micrometer, Torque tester and bottle sealing machine.
- We successfully keep a quality check at every stage on hourly Basis to comply with the specification.
- To provide highest level of clinical safety of the product, Paras Caps has renowned and good quality machinery equipped with electronic controls & automatic feeding systems.
- These facilities helps our experienced staff to produce 13,00,000 Caps per day. We also have a Semi Automatic Sealing Machine installed to test the caps manufactured by us.
